"The Clock Tower near Tonbridge is breathtakingly beautiful. The house itself is artfully designed and furnished, and the impeccably-manicured grounds are spacious and inviting.
My children (aged 7, 5, and 1) loved exploring the garden behind the house. They were delighted to find rabbits, frogs, and ladybirds to chase after and spent much of their time scouring the orchard for apples and blackberries.
Sarah is a gracious and helpful host, and the whole family was thoroughly pleased with the extent to which she stocked the house, especially the kitchen, with an impressive array of upscale amenities and treats. Even seasoned cooks will find everything they need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For dining out, there are several charming restaurants in Matfield, which we found to be a very pleasant area.
We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and wholeheartedly recommend The Clock Tower to anyone looking for a memorable holiday not far from the London area. Many thanks to Sarah for sharing your very special property with us; we wished we could have stayed longer!"
